- Delivery and live operation
Platform overview
iot Mobile is a UK mobile connectivity platform covering SIM-only journeys: customers discover products, sign up, pay and manage their accounts through web and mobile experiences.
Behind those journeys sit payments, onboarding, operational support and partner integrations — the parts that decide whether a connectivity product feels dependable in daily use.
The need
UK customers expect mobile connectivity products to be fully digital: simple sign-up, clear account management and support that resolves issues quickly. The platform needed to deliver those journeys end to end while staying operable and improvable.
