Global B2B eSIM distribution and management platform
Digital eSIM ePOS
The Digital eSIM ePOS focuses on making eSIM products easier to distribute and manage through a structured B2B platform. My work covers the connection between partner requirements, technical architecture, delivery planning and operational usability.

- B2B distribution
- Scope
- Partner onboarding to reporting
Platform overview
Where eROAMING serves travellers directly, the Digital eSIM ePOS serves the businesses in between: partners and authorised users who order, activate and manage eSIM products for their own customers.
That makes it a different kind of product — one built around partner onboarding, user and role management, ordering workflows, reporting and the operational visibility a B2B relationship depends on.
The need
Businesses distributing eSIM products need a structured way to onboard, order, activate and report — without emailing spreadsheets or depending on manual back-office work. The platform had to make eSIM distribution manageable for partners and operable for the internal team.
My role
- Technical architecture
- Delivery planning
- B2B platform execution
- Operational workflow design
- Partner requirements
- Service improvement
Areas of responsibility
- Translating partner requirements into a workable platform scope
- Designing the approach for ordering, activation and reporting journeys
- Coordinating delivery with engineering and operations
- Shaping account management and support workflows
- Iterating on operational usability after launch
Delivery environment
- B2B partners with differing requirements and volumes
- Shared backend capabilities with the wider eSIM product family
- Operational teams who administer partners day to day
Technical & operational considerations
- Role and permission design has to match how partner organisations actually work
- Reporting needs to serve both partners and internal operations
- B2B journeys fail quietly — operational visibility matters as much as features
Continuous improvement
Partner feedback and operational patterns drive ongoing improvements to onboarding, reporting and support workflows — the platform is treated as a service that evolves, not a one-off delivery.
Key learning
B2B platforms succeed on operational usability. The interesting problems were less about individual features and more about making the whole distribution workflow structured, visible and dependable.
